Amish and Mennonite Heritage Center

Located near Berlin, Ohio, the center exists to educate people about the Amish and Mennonites. The Center's breathtaking mural titled "Behalt" is a 10-by-265-foot cyclorama that illustrates the heritage of the Amish and Mennonite people from their Anabaptist beginning in Zurich, Switzerland in 1525 to the present day. The Center also features a book shop with a significant collection of works about the Anabaptists as well as a gift shop with items provided by the Mennonite Central Committee's "Self Help" program. The Center is located at 5798 County Road 77, just east of Berlin and can be reached by telephone at 330/893-3192.
